Step-by-step instructions

- Blend until smooth.

Recipe tips and variations
- Yield: This recipe makes about 4 cups of smoothie, enough for 2 servings, 2 cups (16 ounces) each.
- Storage: Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Some separation and melting will occur.
- Thicker smoothies: Make sure the fruit is frozen solid if you like your smoothies on the thicker side. If you prefer a juicer smoothie, blend fresh fruit.
- Good blenders make good smoothies: Especially with frozen fruit and ice. If you have a weaker blender, start by adding the fruit and ice or let the fruit thaw before blending.
- Get creative: The great thing about smoothies is that you can switch up the ingredients to suit your taste. If raspberries are in season but the strawberries don’t look as good, feel free to use raspberries instead. Or use a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt and a splash of orange juice in place of sherbet.
- Carrot Smoothie: You’ll love the flavors of mango, bananas, and orange juice in this colorful, vibrant smoothie starring a secret ingredient: frozen carrots.
- Mango Smoothie: This simple smoothie is flavored with mangoes and bananas with Greek yogurt for protein and milk for creaminess.
- Peach Smoothie: Packed with protein and vitamins, this Peach Smoothie is a nourishing breakfast or snack idea anytime.
- Spinach Smoothie: Fresh spinach, banana, pineapple, and yogurt make for a super simple, totally delicious way to eat more greens.
- Strawberry Citrus Ginger Smoothie: Quench your thirst with this refreshing and fruity treat perfect for crushing your sweet cravings.

Such a beautiful smoothie!! I literally just tagged you in my post for tomorrow 🙂
Thank you so much, I am heading over to check out your post now! 🙂
It’s 30 degrees, clear blue skies and I’m just back from the beach. If I had this, it would be a PERFECT summer morning!! I love this! This is my kind of smoothie – love the colour, the fruit you use AND you haven’t added any power seeds of powder into it (yeck!). Loving your pics too! 🙂
Ha ha, exactly! No chia seeds, no spirulina, no whey protein… no kale for that matter. 🙂 I wouldn’t call this a health food although you do get a bunch of nutrition from the fruit. So yummy. I hope you get a chance to try it!
Looks YUMMY! Thanks so much for sharing!!
Thanks Tracy, I hope you love it! It’s my favorite!
I’ve never tried this caribbean smoothie at Jamba Juice, but now when I know the secret, I’ll just make it at home 🙂 Looks fantastic! Love the pink color! Pinned!
Thank you Mira, this is absolutely my favorite! I hope you love it. And yes, it’s a very girlie drink. 🙂
Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Jamba Juice! I’ve never lived near one. But who needs them when you can make this great smoothie at home?! Great recipe, Meggan!
Thanks Julie, it is pretty tasty! I hope you love it! I didn’t grow up near a Jamba Juice either but now it’s a staple in LA. But now I get to avoid the traffic and just drink up at home. 🙂
I’m SO making this! I love, love, love the ingredients you have in this smoothie! Love mangos, strawberries are great, like a tasty peach, and orange sherbet is a childhood favorite! Pinned and definitely making!
Thank you Kathleen, this is seriously my most favorite drink ever! I hope you have love it. 🙂
Meggan, you are literally making my mouth water with this! I’m not usually a smoothie lover, but I think this would be the one to change all that. My favourite fruits are mango and passion fruit, so say no more …
Helen, this is so much more than a smoothie. It’s a way of life. I hope you get a chance to try it and love it!
This sounds fantastic! I don’t have a Jamba Juice near me 🙁 so I can’t compare. But I have no doubt your homemade version is probably every bit as good, if not better!
Thank you Allie, I do love this one! Welcome to the Jamba experience! 🙂
I’ve never been to Jamba Juice, but I can’t wait to try your recipe. I’m always looking for new smoothie recipes and it’s so pretty and girlie.
Isn’t it so pretty? Jamba Juice is amazing, but this recipe is spot on. So you can save yourself a trip. 🙂
