- In a large bowl, add bread cubes. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt to taste or other seasonings if desired.
- Spread coated bread cubes on prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake until lightly browned with crispy edges, about 10 to 15 minutes.

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (see note 1)
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 loaf bread cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 pound, see note 2)
Instructionsย
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and adjust oven rack to the middle position. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
