These easy Air Fryer Onions are a quick and easy way to boost the flavor of nearly every savory dish. Pile fried onions on burgers, hot dogs, or steak, add them to grain bowls or salads, or fold them into scrambled eggs, omelets, pasta recipes, and so much more.

Megganโs notes
Cooking onions is a way to tap into the magic of chemistry. Cooked onions are mellow and slightly sweet, and definitely wonโt make your eyes water in the same way as their raw peers. Instead, you can coax out the deeply sweet, rich flavor hiding in their natural sugars.
An air fryer is a hands-off option for cooking onions, and the Air Fryer Onion recipe ahead is one of my new favorite hacks for punching up their flavor in 10 minutes or less.
