  • Standard ratio: Use a 4-to-1 ratio (1 cup sugar to ยผ cup cinnamon) for most recipes (donuts, churros, French toast, cookies, etc.).
  • More cinnamon: For a stronger cinnamon flavor, use a 3-to-1 ratio (1 cup sugar to โ…“ cup cinnamon).

Instructions

  • Combine the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl or the jar you plan to store it and mix well. Any lumps can be broken up with a fork or small whisk.
