Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Add sausages to preheated basket, allowing space between links for air flow. Air fry at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Flip sausages and continue to air fry at 350 degrees until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees on a digital meat thermometer, 4 to 6 minutes more. Serve in buns with your favorite toppings.
  • Spread the sausages out on a paper towel to soak up any extra grease. Serve in buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  1. Sausage: Always start with raw than pre-cooked sausages. Look for mild, hot, or sweet Italian sausage usually sold 5 links per package. Italian-flavored chicken sausage is fine, too.
  2. Storage: Refrigerate any extra brats in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for 5 minutes, or until they reach 165 degrees.
