3 ounces orange juice (see note 1) 3 ounces dry sparkling wine (see note 2) orange twist for garnish (see note 3)
Orange juice: Fresh-squeezed is best, and pulp-free makes for a smoother cocktail.
Dry sparkling wine: Champagne, Prosecco, or any other dry sparkling wine works here.
Orange twist: Or garnish with an orange slice, fresh berries, or fresh herbs.
Yield: This recipe makes one Mimosa cocktail.
